Automotive performance

Performance throttle body
While I may not be strictly a performance or speed shop, I do have substantial experience with the selection, installation and service of performance components as well as doing makeovers using cosmetic or "dress-up" kits. If you're looking for somebody to design a blueprint engine or custom port your cylinder heads and intake manifold, you probably want to keep looking. If you want a roller rocker upgrade, a performance camshaft installation, large bore throttle body swap or a complete engine rebuild using proven part combinations, then you've come to the right place.

For the average car and truck owner the preference for performance items usually consists of common fare like specialty spark plugs, wires, ignition coils, caps, rotors, exhaust headers and cold air intake systems. These types of performance upgrades are among those which I routinely install for enthusiasts but are by no means the extent of the services I offer. Those run of the mill parts are great additions but further performance gains require more serious components and even some strategic planning in order to realize appreciable gains in horsepower and torque. While my investment in time and energy doesn't come free, for those who are serious about a project I'll gladly put together some options for you based on your preferences and requirements.

Chevy 454
True performance is a result of the engine components used. If you want to do it right you need to use the best heads, crankshaft, connecting rods, pistons, camshaft, valve train and timing components you can make work within your budget. Turbo and supercharger units, computer chips and nitrous are
a waste of time and money if the engine isn't built to withstand the additional stress. Of course there are many mild performance upgrades I can install for you that will certainly provide performance gains, but if you want to build something that will last or kick some serious gravel, we can do that as well. Not all performance is about torque and speed. Reliability and efficiency are achieveable through performance modifications as well. If you have something in mind or are serious about discussing options, please feel free to contact me and together we can design something that suits your needs or desires, even if it's just the addition of chrome parts or a billet dress up kit.
